Resource-rich Africa offers a land of growing opportunities

Africa is one of the fastest changing regions of the world. It is the second largest continent and has the second biggest population which has doubled in the last 27 years. It is also full of natural resources including energy and minerals and more are being discovered. Six African countries were among the world’s fastest growing economies in the first decade of the 21st century. China has invested heavily in Africa but as countries develop their democracies, governance and business environments will the Chinese attitude to foreign investment continue to be welcomed?
